Known for her adaptability, comedic timing, ‘good ear’, preparedness, curly hair, and joy she brings to the process, Haidyn will be graduating Magna Cum Laude in May from Shenandoah Conservatory’s Theatre program with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Haidyn is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but has plans to move to New York City and (long-term) attend graduate school for Directing. Throughout their journey, they want to contribute a voice to the Arts in a way that helps others see empathy, beauty, and compassion in the world. Some of their favorite roles they’ve done include Mama Murphy in BRIGHT STAR, Ursula in THE LITTLE MERMAID, and Adult Woman in SPRING AWAKENING. They enjoy directing, makeup, and even karaoke every once in a while! Outside of theatre and film, Haidyn loves vacationing with their family to natural wonders, golden retrievers, amusement parks, sewing, traveling abroad, experiencing new cultures, and discovering new hobbies such as competitive duck herding. Just kidding on that last one… but it does exist.
